Fill in the online pre-entry form by May 7th.
Pay the entry fee of 200 Euro by credit card, debit card or PayPal till April 29th*.
Late registration fee: from April 30th, 250 Euro *.
Upload your immersive project on our online repository by May 7th.
*All fees include VAT.
Submission Steps:
Fill out the submission form.
After clicking "SUBMIT THE FORM", it will no longer be possible to amend the data.
You will then receive a confirmation email with your paycode and payment instructions.
If you do not receive this email immediately, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, the submission was most likely unsuccessful.
Before contacting our offices, please try again, making sure that:
you do not let the session expire
you are using an updated browser (we recommend Google Chrome)
you have enabled cookies and redirects
you are not using a VPN
you have filled out all mandatory fields and have not exceeded character limits
you are using only Latin characters
After completing the payment, you will receive an email with instructions to send the project and its technical details.
